This Privacy Policy describes how TallyFit (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

• Custom routines and exercises

• Subscription status

This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Information We May Collect

• Device information (device type, operating system version)
• App usage analytics (anonymised)
• Crash reports for app stability improvements

Advertising

TallyFit displays advertisements to users on the “Free with Ads” plan. We use Google AdMob to serve ads. Google AdMob may collect and use the following information:

• Device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID)
• IP address
• Device and app interaction data (e.g. ad views, ad taps)
• General location derived from IP address
• App usage data relevant to ad targeting

Google uses this information to serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalised advertising on iOS by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising and turning off Personalised Ads. Premium subscribers do not see advertisements and this data is not collected for ad purposes.

Data Storage

All workout data, routines, and exercise logs are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly share it with us for support purposes.

Third-Party Services

TallyFit uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — advertising (Free with Ads plan only)
• Apple StoreKit — in-app purchases and subscription management
• Expo / EAS — app build and update infrastructure

These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy

TallyFit is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data (stored locally on your device)
• Delete your data (by uninstalling the app or clearing app data)
• Opt out of personalised advertising (through device settings)
• Opt out of analytics (through device settings)

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app.

Data Deletion

To delete all your data, simply uninstall the TallyFit app from your device. All locally stored data will be permanently removed.
